Foot bath for tired legs...



     All of us, we feel sometimes our legs really tired, and we don't know what to do, so as to feel relax. One of the best ways to relax your legs, is to do a foot bath. Below, you can find some amazing ideas for foot bath. 
  • The best foot bath is the following. In a ball with warm water, put a handful of coarse salt, and do a foot bath for 20-30 minutes. Of course the water shouldn't be very hot. The salt improves blood circulation and removes the lactic acid, so as to feel our feet rested. 
  • Something else you can do, is to take foot bath with essential oils. You can search in the internet, or ask a pharmacist, which oil is better for your needs and problems. 
  • Do a ''Scottish shower'' in your legs.  Put your feet in the tub and take alternating cool and warm water. Each switch you should keep at least 10 seconds. This method help you to "exercised" the vessels of the legs, and also improves the blood circulation.
  • In a ball, put warm water. Then put two cups hot mountain tea, that has been boiled from earlier. You can put a little bit of olive or almond oil, and sugar. With this method, you will succeed a light scrub with the sugar, and the same time relaxation with the tea.
